Raegan Aria
HeartGlow's Inspiration Raegan Aria Deb Snyder's personal exploration into heart communication
and energy stems from her own unique experience with her daughter, Raegan Aria, who was born with a rare brain malformation
called microlissencephaly. Raegan, who is nonverbal, used a form of energy communication to reach out to her highly intuitive
mom in time of great medical crisis and thus saved her own life. After this amazing experience, Deb went on to study the science
& theories behind it all and has launched HeartGlow to bring knowledge of energy communication and healing into the lives
of others.
Raegan Today We have had an amazing journey with Raegan over the past 11 years. Each day brings new adventures
and much personal growth. We've been blessed to have survived many difficult days, including 12 surgeries and numerous close
calls. Our family moved to the lakes region of Maine in 2002 and have been thriving in this beautiful community. We have tremendous
support from friends, family and business associates. We have added home care nurses to our team to assist in Raegan's care.
They are fabulous and we would never be able to do it without them!
We are often asked about Raegan's abilities and her daily health situation. I wish I could say Raegan is spared pain
and discomfort, unfortunately she is not. She is, however, a fighter and faces all of her challenges with a vibrant spirit. Rae is currently dependent on a gastric feeding tube for nutrition and deals with daily seizures. She has ongoing
problems swallowing due to surgical complications in 2002. Her developmental ability level is similar to an 8 month old baby,
with social skills being her strongest. Anyone who has ever basked in her smile can attest to that. Raegan can say "Mum",
"Da" , "Hi" and "Love". The most important words in the world to us. She can roll over
and scoots on her back all over the floor when she wants to get around and play with her kitties. Her favorite activities
are watching cartoons, listening to music and playing with lit, musical toys. She loves people and enjoys visits from many
friends and especially from her Gramma. Our lives are very different than what we had expected, yet so much more meaningful. Mark and
I understand the significance of Raegan coming into our lives to transform us and our outlook on the Universe. She truly is
our "AngelBaby", our spiritual teacher and we will be forever grateful for the gifts she gives us. Love and Namaste, |
